Nightmare on 9th St. 10/27/2007 was definitely the biggest, if not the best jam ever.

THE TRAILS:
Were incredible! Better than they have ever been. That being said, Big Rob and AZ Adam have been holding it down, keeping with tradition, and digging like crazy all year. Behind their backs all the locals agreed recognition was due. P-dog/Patrick the old trail boss has been busy baby bossin and also agreed it was time to pass the shovel. We presented Big Rob with the GOLDEN SHOVEL, and AZ with the SILVER SHOVEL. Texas is so lucky to have 9th St. & 9th St. is lucky to have locals like Big Rob and AZ!

THE PEEPS:
So many super talented riders. Austin / 9th St has always been a magnet for BMX and we have so many pro-level riders who call the bench home. There was a huge turn out of out of towners who we hopefully made feel right at home. Lots of costumes and friendly faces having fun. Nobody got hurt too bad, excluding Doug E Fresh's pride. Nobody got too mad, excluding PEREZ when he went to jail the night before the jam. To all the locals and friends that couldn't make the jam we missed you very much and there is always next year!

THE PRIZES:
This year we gave away Thousand$ of Dollar$ in prizes from our very generous sponsors. EMPIRE, HOFFMAN, LIQUOR BIKES, MUTINY, V-CLUB, and TERRIBLE ONE!  Please support these companies as they keep it real! We can't thank you enough for your support. Best Flyout on Table Davis: Atom Bomb Baker of www.unitedfreestyle.com with his barhopper.
Best Rail: Hoffman Bikes' Jeremie Infelise double up to barspin out.
Highest Bunnyhopper: AZ ADAM 42"
Longest Jumper: AZ ADAM 40'
Shittiest Bike: Robert, won a new MUTINY frame!
Footdown: No clear winners but Noodles won a round, Blaze won a round and D from Dallas. The rest was a blur in the night.
Best 2nd place: Low Pants Tom placed real high in a lot of these events and took his heckling very well.
